Here you will find a spacious and high-quality equipped holiday apartment for up to 4 persons in a quiet residential street directly on the banks of the Loisach in Farchant. Highlights of this holiday flat are the cosy bay window and the free view into the garden as well as to the Zugspitze massif. Free access to the 12 m wide terrace, which is equipped with a seating area.

This holiday apartment offers two bedrooms, each with a large double bed. One of them is located on the ground floor of the apartment, the other in the basement. Despite the location in the basement the room has daylight!

Each bedroom also has its own bathroom, as the apartment has a bathroom on the ground floor (with bathtub and shower) and another bathroom in the basement (with shower and toilet). Additionally there is a separate WC on the ground floor!

The real wood floor, the elegant furnishing and the use of high quality woods for the furniture create a very special atmosphere of well-being. Of course there is a modern flat screen TV in the living room!

An outside parking space is available for you. A washing machine and a dryer are available in the cellar. Storage possibilities for skis and ski boots are given.
