This recently renovated 1-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a well-kept residential complex, which is characterized among other things by the central location and the view. Not only the lively pedestrian zone of Garmisch, the beautiful Kurpark and all stores for daily needs are in your immediate vicinity. Also the congress house with many events as well as cafes and restaurants can be reached very comfortably on foot.

After a short entrance area with small checkroom and adjoining bath with shower device and toilet, you enter the bright living and dining room, where the open and modern kitchen with dining area, offers all the technical equipment you can expect. The small seating area offers comfort even on rainy days.

The highlight badly is the floating double bed, which can be comfortably driven in a few seconds by pressing a button from the ceiling and thus offers more quality of life in the existing living space. From the sunny south-west balcony you have a free view of the alpine chain with Karwendel, Wetterstein, Alpspitze, Waxenstein and Zugspitzmassiv. Parking in the underground garage is possible up to a maximum vehicle height of 1.60m (duplex parking). A limited number of parking spaces are available in front of the facility. For our skiers and snowboarders there is a ski room in the basement. There is a washing machine in the basement.
