You live quietly and yet very centrally and can enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains. In 2-3 minutes walking distance you can reach everything that Garmisch has to offer. Not only the traditional - modern pedestrian zone, the beautiful Kurpark and all stores for daily needs are in your immediate vicinity. Also the congress center with many events as well as cafes and restaurants can be reached very comfortably on foot.

Comfortably through the staircase, the elevator takes you directly to the front door of the apartment, through which you enter the open and light-flooded living / dining area with a small checkroom. Here you will find the dining area and fully equipped kitchenette, the adjacent bedroom with balcony, which invites you to relax in the fresh air, and the bathroom. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, a fantastic view out into the idyllic mountain landscape awaits you.

In the bedroom, a large box-spring bed with indirect lighting and a flat-screen TV offer you utmost comfort. In the Bavarian-rustic built-in wardrobes you have sufficient storage space for all luggage. The modern bathroom with rain shower and mood lighting perfectly rounds off the equipment of this apartment. Who is here sporty on the road, also has the opportunity to put his bike or skis in specially designated rooms.

The DB train station, the Zugspitz cogwheel railroad, a bus stop and also the post office are less than 5 minutes away. The Olympia ice sports center and the Alpspitz wave pool are also in your close vicinity.

If you want to enjoy your free time, the Hausberg area is also very easy to reach by foot. From there you can start walks and hikes, bike tours etc. in summer. In winter your perfect skiing day starts there. Whether with the Hausberg cable car into the Garmisch "Classic Ski Area" or into the kilometer-long cross-country ski trails.... Everything is within walking distance for you!
