This cosy and centrally located 2.5 room holiday apartment is located in an extension of a well-kept residential complex on the 1st floor with gallery.

After a short entrance area with wardrobe you reach the large living and dining room. The kitchen offers all the technical equipment you can expect. Except for the bedroom (real wood parquet), the complete apartment is equipped with a natural-coloured carpet and in addition you have here a cosy balcony, where you can look in good weather directly over the roofs of Garmisch away on the Alpspitze. In the bedroom you will find a large double bed with built-in closet and direct access to the balcony.

From the living room you reach the gallery via a spiral staircase, which is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower device. Adjacent is the toilet.

It is a non-smoking apartment.
Animals are not allowed here.
An outside parking space is available for you.
