Bright and modern, but still rustic and cozy. This contradiction is the best way to describe the spacious ground floor apartment. Already when entering the apartment, the handwriting of the owner, a master carpenter, becomes apparent. Be it the massive old wooden doors or the rustic dining table including the benches, plus the exposed beams in the entrance area, wood plays the main role everywhere.

In the spacious living and dining area there is enough space for the whole family. Whether on the spacious sofa landscape or at the dining table, everyone will find their perfect place to recharge their batteries and relax. An old Bavarian and Alpine furnishing tradition once again underlines the warm-hearted interior style of the apartment.

From the living room you also enter the terrace and the large garden, which is at your sole disposal. Surely you will quickly discover the raised bed in the summer months, from which you are welcome to get your herbs, or pick a few strawberries or even currants and raspberries from the bushes with your family in the summer. Right next to the dining area is the kitchen, which is fully equipped.  Here you can easily prepare meals for the whole family. Adjacent to the kitchen is a storage room, in which you will find, in addition to some utensils, a ski boot heater to dry your ski boots or even mountain boots and preheat them for the next day.

From the hallway you can also reach the two bedrooms. In the master bedroom there is a double bed with a large closet, from this room you can also directly access the covered seating area of the terrace with lounge furniture. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. Two adults or three children can be accommodated here. In this bedroom there is another TV, so you can also have a wonderful retreat. Between these two bedrooms is a bright bathroom. Bathtub with shower option, sink and toilet, no amenity is missing here.

Another, new bathroom in the entrance area with ground-level rain shower provides a wonderful wellness feeling after a strenuous day of hiking. A free parking space in the garage is at your disposal. You can perfectly store your bicycles in the enclosed garden, charge your e-bikes here as well.
