The generously proportioned, family-friendly vacation apartment offers plenty of space and comfort on about 95 square meters. The apartment is located in the new development area "Herzstück" and can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are several playgrounds, restaurants and the pedestrian zones of the two districts. The ski jump and the valley station Hausberg are each within less than 2 km walking distance comfortably.

This vacation apartment is divided as follows: open-plan living & dining area with access to the balcony with south-west orientation, a bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom with shower / toilet, a children's room with double bed and a separate shower room / toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances. This apartment offers three balconies, where you are spoiled for choice, from where you can enjoy the best view of the surrounding mountains.

Directly next to the entrance of the apartment is an elevator, with which you can easily reach the associated underground parking space.
