Next to the open kitchen area with dining area, a large sofa with a direct view of the surrounding mountains invites you to linger. The deeply landscaped wrap-around balcony can be accessed from here and is equipped with tables and chairs as well as sun loungers.
From the hallway you reach the two bedrooms, at one of them the bathroom is directly adjacent. This bright and modern bathroom has a sink with a ground-level rain shower and a washing machine. If you should be looking for a shady spot in the afternoon, you can access the second balcony with seating set from here.
The second bedroom is directly adjacent, and this one is also equipped with a high-quality double bed and comfortable mattresses. Spacious wardrobes provide ample storage space for your luggage. Also important to mention are the blinds, which can be easily operated at the touch of a button. The second bathroom in the entrance area is also equipped with a ground-level rain shower and provides a wonderful wellness feeling after a strenuous day of hiking.

An underground parking space, which is easily accessible from the apartment door by elevator, is available to you free of charge. In the large garage has also been created a separate area, whereby you can park your bikes dry and safe.
