Due to the central and yet quiet location, this vacation home is located in an annex of a well-kept 3-party house in a residential street in Partenkirchen. The historic Ludwigstraße as well as shopping facilities for daily needs can be reached in a few minutes.


Through the short entrance area you enter the Bavarian rustic designed living and dining area. Here you will find a cozy living landscape with dining table and the fully equipped kitchen. Here alone you can see the concept that has been thought through from start to finish. The hatch, which also functions as a bar counter, offers a cozy get-together when the house is full. Thanks to the flat-screen TV, entertainment is also provided here at all times. The modern kitchen is equipped with all utensils and kitchen appliances, so that even cooking enthusiasts will lack nothing. Dishwasher, oven, stove and a refrigerator with freezer compartment are also available. The living room has an access to the terrace with a lush green area. If the weather permits, you can also dine here relaxed at the garden furniture. No expense or effort has been spared here.

Via the wooden staircase you reach the upper floor. On the one hand, you reach the master bedroom here, whereby this offers a high-quality double bed as well as access to a small balcony with direct views of the Alpspitz. Next door is the children's room with a bunk bed. The white tiled daylight bathroom with tub and shower device completes the upper floor. Storage possibilities are sufficiently present here.


In the basement, in addition to another living-bedroom with sofa, double bed and flat-screen TV, there is a second bathroom with ground-level rain shower, washbasin and toilet. The adjacent utility room with washing machine, dryer and ironing station is freely available. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet on the first floor!
